To foster a blockchain commerce ecosystem, Fengtai offers not only solid industrial strength but also a supportive environment. The reporter has learned that Fengtai is actively establishing a “one-stop service window for foreign-funded and foreign trade enterprises” and a “Government Service Green Card,” thoroughly implemented 12 business environment policies, advanced integrated oversight, and expanded the “No Unnecessary Disturbance” enterprise list to over 18,000 companies. Leveraging resources like the Beijing Fengtai Legal Services District and the International Talent Hub, Fengtai is strengthening full-cycle services covering intellectual property, legal affairs, government services, talent recruitment, resource connections, and government–enterprise communication. Digitalization of cross-border trade is central to global trade upgrading, yet it has long been constrained by persistent challenges: incompatible standards, disjointed processes, and lack of trust transmission. At the conference, the launch of the International Trade Digital Innovation “Xianfeng Lab” aims to promote digital cross-border trade and standard alignment. Supported by the Fengtai District Government and Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority, and established in collaboration with Singapore’s SGTraDex and Bank of China Fengtai Branch, the lab has already conducted pilot digital trade transactions linking China, Singapore, and the Middle East. It will provide one-stop digital trade services for Belt and Road and RCEP countries, breaking down cross-border trade barriers.

During economic globalization, overseas expansion is a vital strategy for enterprises to integrate into international markets and expand their development horizons. At the conference, the “Global Open Map” was unveiled, featuring 15 enterprises with significant overseas presence across more than 30 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, visually highlighting Fengtai companies’ global reach.

To address low-cost, high-quality industrial digitalization, the conference introduced the “Fengtai Digital Supply Chain Industrial Brain” and multiple signed projects, offering a “Fengtai model” for large-scale industrial digital transformation. The Industrial Brain for Digital and Intelligent Supply Chain in Fengtai · Digital and Intelligent Supply Chain Innovation Park was also launched on-site. The park features specialized office spaces, shared meeting facilities, and supporting service areas, complemented by a professional service system encompassing technical consulting, market matching, and talent training. The “Industrial Brain for Digital and Intelligent Supply Chain,” developed by Beijing Guolian, has been successfully implemented in several industrial projects, including egg production in Xishui, Hubei, and fruit processing in Pingxiang, Guangxi. Additionally, the Innovation Park provides full-chain services, including office space, policy support, funding, and industrial collaboration, promoting the replication of “One Product per County, and One Brain per Industry.”

Regional innovation relies on “ecological synergy efficiency.” Fengtai has created a closed loop where competitions identify needs, industry absorbs outcomes, and policies ensure growth, turning innovation from mere element accumulation into value creation. At the event, the Industrial Intelligence Competition of the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition officially commenced. Co-hosted by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Fengtai District Government, the competition focuses on empowering key industries through artificial intelligence. Over 100 Cooperation Projects Signed, 99 Enterprises Recognized as Digital Economy Pioneers

“Linking the Future” focused on industrial interconnection and digital economy practices. Beijing Guolian presented “Industrial Interconnection: Report on Industrial Digital Economy Practices for 10 Years of Duoduo Platform,” which shared the platform’s achievements and experience in industrial digitalization.

During the project signing and launch segment, multiple major collaborations were finalized on-site. These included over 10 regional industrial digitalization co-construction projects, over 20 digital cloud factory projects, over 20 digital supply chain collaboration projects, over 100 industrial chain/supply chain enterprise cooperation projects, over 100 cross-border overseas enterprise cooperation projects, and over 10 strategic cooperation projects with domestic and international industry associations and organizations. These agreements collectively cover the entire industrial chain.
