Beijing Garden Expo Park is located at the west bank of Yongding River in Fengtai District of Beijing. The Park reaches Lianshi West Road in the north, south to the west extension line of Meishikou Road, west to the North Palace Road. The exhibitions cover an area of 267 hectares and Yuanbo Lake takes up 246 hectares, with total area of 513 hectares.
Beijing Garden Expo Park adheres to the concept—Cultural heritage, ecological priority, human-oriented development, sustainable development. Using green science and technology, the Park was rebuilt by ecological remediation on building landfills. It is a large comprehensive city park which is also a collection of garden art, cultural landscape, ecological leisure and science education.
